Hi everybody my name is Sonni and my goal with this blogĀ  is to give as much information as I can about weight loss, health and fitness. I have been involved with health and fitness for 20+ years and spent many of those years as a personal trainer helping people reach their personal fitness goals. Whether it was to lose weight or gain it. I am an avid weight trainer and have taught various forms of exercise programs such as Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Step and Body Building to achieve phyiscal fitness for myself and others.

My hope is that whoever reads my blog will learn something that will help them to reach their fitness goals. I personally believe proper diet, exercise and rest will help us have a better quality of life. Thank you for visiting my blog and I wish you the best of luck with your fitness goals.
